
National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager will execute the sales strategy across Pakistan and manage regional performance. This role demands a candidate with direct experience in Tobacco Distribution or FMCG Distribution who understands retail channels, distributor operations, and field force management.
Candidates must have proven networks and strong relations with FMCG / GT Distributors, with the ability to recruit them into our distribution system.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate national sales strategy into monthly and quarterly sales plans.
- Supervise and guide Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers.
- Drive retail coverage, distributor performance, and category growth nationwide.
- Onboard, strengthen, and manage FMCG/GT distributors using existing relationships.
- Implement trade promotions, monitor sell-through, and increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with national tobacco/nicotine laws and FMCG sales practices.
- Provide accurate reporting to CSO/VP Sales and recommend market expansion strategies.
Requirements
- MANDATORY: Minimum 5–7 years in Tobacco Distribution or FMCG Distribution, with at least 3–5 years in a national or senior regional role.
- Must have excellent relations with FMCG / GT distributors and the ability to bring them onboard quickly.
- Hands-on experience in route-to-market distribution planning and sales force execution.
- Strong skills in distributor management and trade marketing.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs400, Rs500,000.00 per month
