Ensuring Railway Systems Performance

About the Role
  • We seek a skilled Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) professional to join our team.

This individual will apply their expertise in LSA to guarantee the reliability and maintainability of critical railway systems, driving high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Planning: Develop comprehensive maintenance plans, incorporating elements such as MTA, LCC, LORA, and RCM, to ensure seamless system operation.
  2. Database Management: Oversee the LSA database (ILS PDM), validating support solutions and associated documentation or training toolkits.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to deliver quality, cost, and delivery commitments, ensuring a cohesive business approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to the Design for Supportability (DFS) framework, managing LSA activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

Work Environment:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A strong understanding of logistics support analysis principles and practices is required.
  • Familiarity with design for supportability frameworks and standards is beneficial.
