Your Skills & Experience

  • A minimum one year of experience in the Dairy or Tea and Coffee category is required. This could be:

    • Sales experience in this category.

    • Purchasing experience for this category in an LMT or FMCG company.

    • CATEGORY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN AN LMT OR FMCG COMPANY.

  • Intermediate education level is required.

  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills is ideal.

  • Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively across Pakistan for vendor negotiations, market visits, and procurement-related activities.

  • Procure and ensure availability of inventory while building strong supplier relationships.

    • Forecast demand, manage purchase cycles, and prevent stockouts/overstocking.

    • Monitor margins and control pricing.

    • Analyze dashboards and reports to drive category performance.

    • Recommend product additions or delistings based on sales insights.

    • Align suppliers with our mission, share performance reports, and track target achievement.
