Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Category Management Specialist located in Lahore District. The Category Management Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing product categories, developing and implementing category strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that category goals are met. The role will also involve evaluating product performance, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing category profitability.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a "Category Management Specialist". This role is responsible for managing product categories, ensuring efficient retail replenishment, coordinating with warehouse, and maintaining accurate master data and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in handling large data sets, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP platforms.

*Key Responsibilities*

  1. Monitor product categories, plan and execute inventory replenishment strategies based on sales data analysis to ensure product availability

  2. Collaborate with warehouse teams to align on stock movements, availability, and replenishment schedules

  3. Maintain and update SKU master data accurately across systems

  4. Set up and manage new product SKUs in ERP systems while ensuring data consistency

  5. Generate and manage invoices in line with company and client requirements

*Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Ability to handle large data sets.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).

Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.

Hands-on experience with ERP platforms.

Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention
