About the Role
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with workplace processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update QHSE documentation and records.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on QHSE practices and protocols.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  • Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years in QHSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar industries.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications.
  • Proficiency in QHSE management systems, risk assessment tools, and audit methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Please note that this position is full-time and permanent.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proficiency in QHSE management systems, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with workplace processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, and investigating accidents and incidents.
