As an Assistant Facility Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for managing site operations, including daily checks and contractor services.

About the Role
  • Support the Facilities Manager in delivering on-site FM operations.
  • Manage site operations, including daily checks and contractor services.
  • Ensure all facility management services meet QHSE, statutory, operational, and commercial standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for key business stakeholders.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and data analysis for KPIs and reports.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing work order systems and liaising with vendors to ensure contractual compliance.
  2. Coordinating client expectations, workplace moves, and special requests.
  3. Participating in supplier KPI reviews and addressing guest experience issues.
  4. Adhering to CBRE procedures, supporting the Facilities Manager as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Facilities management or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Experience working with contractors and across diverse property portfolios.
