As an Assistant Facility Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for managing site operations, including daily checks and contractor services.
About the Role- Support the Facilities Manager in delivering on-site FM operations.
- Manage site operations, including daily checks and contractor services.
- Ensure all facility management services meet QHSE, statutory, operational, and commercial standards.
- Act as the primary contact for key business stakeholders.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and data analysis for KPIs and reports.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing work order systems and liaising with vendors to ensure contractual compliance.
- Coordinating client expectations, workplace moves, and special requests.
- Participating in supplier KPI reviews and addressing guest experience issues.
- Adhering to CBRE procedures, supporting the Facilities Manager as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Facilities management or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Experience working with contractors and across diverse property portfolios.
