Job Title: Senior Operations Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our domain. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Status Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for service level agreements, on-call services, and projects to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Team Management: Assist in hiring, supervising, and training staff under the guidance of the line manager, providing expert guidance and support when needed.
  • Task Allocation: Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager as required, ensuring effective task management and prioritization.

Work Environment: You will be based in Islamabad, working closely with our team at Business Supplies and Equipment, collaborating to drive business success.
