Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of client delivery and internal execution, leading cross-functional teams of creatives, writers, editors, and project managers, and building and improving internal systems and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing weekly and monthly production schedules, ensuring all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand, holding every team member accountable to clear outcomes, communicating priorities, updates, and blockers clearly across the team, making fast decisions that protect both quality and speed, hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as we scale, and reviewing performance data and solving bottlenecks.
