Job Description:

As a data-driven professional, you will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into customer behavior and make a direct impact on key business metrics.

  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from customer experience data.
  • Develop and maintain visualizations and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide data support for customer journey mapping, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to enhance service quality and turnaround time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical or data-driven role with hands-on SQL expertise.
  • Expertise in MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Python is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
