Product Development Manager (Biotechnology)

This role involves leading the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing and sales initiatives. You will use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning, oversee the sales of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, and retain, extend, and acquire customers through effective identification of opportunities and specific needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a healthcare sector or pharmaceutical firm. They will have hand-on-experience on PCR/ RT-PCR/ DNA / RNA Extraction, team leadership/ management skills, problem-solving skills, and related field skills such as Sales & Marketing tactics, Customer Relationships, Research, Analysis, Writing, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, Detail-Oriented, convincing, Organization, Multi-Tasking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Manage the company's marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the sales of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Rent, extend, and acquire customers through effective identification of opportunities and specific needs.
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hand-on-experience on PCR/ RT-PCR/ DNA / RNA Extraction.
  • Team leadership/ Management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Related Field: Sales & Marketing tactics, Customer Relationships, Research, Analysis, Writing, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, Detail-Oriented, convincing, Organization, Multi-Tasking.
  • Molecular Biologist/ Pharm D/ MBA / Medical Lab Technologist.
