We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. This position involves working in a lean and agile environment to support the testing activities for SaaS apps and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Test Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
  2. Manual Testing and Defect Management: Perform manual testing, identify defects, and log them for verification.
  3. Test Case Development and Maintenance: Create, maintain, and leverage test tools to ensure the quality of requirements.
  4. Automated Testing and Development: Develop and execute repeatable test procedures using automation frameworks.
  5. SQA Practices Implementation: Implement and support SQA practices across the organization.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, QA, and Product teams to clarify requirements, follow up on issues, and reduce defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Large Scale Application Testing: Experience testing complex web applications and native mobile apps (Android & iOS), especially in themes of social networking, enterprise collaboration, productivity, or ERPs.
  2. Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Postman, Jmeter, Charles, and other testing tools.
  3. Databases and SQL Knowledge: Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
  4. Test Case Development: Ability and experience in developing high-coverage test cases for application features.
  5. QA Automation Understanding: A deep understanding of the benefits of QA automation; some hands-on experience is desired.
  6. Agile Methodologies: Working experience of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles.
  7. SDLC and STLC Understanding: Thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes in Scrum.
  8. Production Releases Support: Experience in supporting and/or leading production releases/project test efforts.
  9. Quality Management: Experience in applying quality management best practices and implementing application lifecycle management that includes requirements management, test planning, execution, defects tracking, and reporting.
  10. Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  11. Team Player: Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with other SQA team members, development, project management, and multiple business functions.
