This is a key position within our team, responsible for planning, organizing and executing routine, emergency and turnaround maintenance jobs to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can develop and manage operating budgets, arrange maintenance resources, and lead teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning, managerial and analytical skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HSEQ standards and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing tender documents and technical specifications, reviewing and evaluating bids, and maintaining liaison with outside agencies and contractors.

">

You will also be expected to motivate and train subordinates, review and approve staff performance appraisals, and promote a progressively safer working environment.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Plan, organize and execute routine, emergency and turnaround maintenance jobs.
  2. Develop and manage operating budgets.
  3. Arrange maintenance resources (manpower, material, services etc.).
  4. Develop tender documents / technical specifications.
  5. Review and evaluate bids / offers.
  6. Maintain liaison with outside agencies / contractors.
  7. Motivate and train subordinates.
  8. Review / approve staff performance appraisals.
  9. Promote progressively safer working environment.
