Job Title: Asset Maintenance Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our asset maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, engineers, and construction staff.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for effective quality and quantity of projects.
  • Analyze requirements and prepare corresponding BOQs / cost estimates, commensurate to project requirements.
  • Make effective decisions and navigate challenges.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Evaluate bids in accordance with the bid document.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and standards of workmanship.
  • Monitor and control project costs to meet budgetary constraints.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Ensure contract compliance and resolve any disputes that may arise during the project.
  • Implement risk management plans to safeguard project success.
  • Utilize MS Office tools and project management systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering graduate degree (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas Sector.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
