Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our production facilities.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, engineering principles, and commercial acumen. You will work closely with site management to develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and adapt to changing supply chain demands.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define a forward-thinking capital investment plan aligning with a 5-year horizon of our large, dynamic site.
  • Oversee the capital investment process from initiation to fruition, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets specifications.
  • Align with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project completion.
  • Lead your team to meet project success criteria with strong adherence to timelines and budgets, and complete appraisals and close-out reports.
  • Promote continuous improvement across systems, practices, and process deliveries, encouraging a culture that values progress.

  • Proven leadership in projects and manufacturing within a similar environment, guiding teams with your management acumen.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
