Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining project management processes using Monday.com and other relevant tools.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement optimized workflows to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Design and implement intuitive dashboards to provide real-time project insights.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Workflows:
  • Refine Current Workflows:
    • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement changes to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management:
    • Develop a comprehensive workflow management system that covers all stages of the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all necessary stages and processes.
  • Cross-Party Collaboration:
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System:
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
  • Dashboard Development:
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Prior experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.
    • Familiarity with diagramming tools like Lucidchart.
    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and training abilities.
    • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
