  • A leading banking technology company is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Support Specialist to join its team.
Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis services to clients utilizing our core banking suite.

This role requires a strong understanding of banking processes and financial services, as well as experience working in 24/7 support teams.

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders and resolve client incidents within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze tickets logged by clients and provide solutions to satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to fix and test problems effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to client IT teams during software implementation and upgrades.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledgebase through FAQs and How-To guides.
  • Enhance tools that reduce analysis time and boost customer experience.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
  • Experience working in 24/7 support teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Temenos/T24 core banking product and related technologies.
  • Certification in Temenos T24 or related technologies is advantageous.
