Key Role: Supplier Relationship Officer

We are seeking a skilled Supplier Relationship Officer to fulfill our team's requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and meeting business objectives.

  • Contact existing and potential suppliers to discuss product approvals and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Respond to queries and questions about the company and products in a professional manner, providing accurate information and support.
  • Understand supplier requirements by asking questions and closing deals, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient sourcing processes.
  • Send purchase orders, facilitate communication, and assist in sourcing products, contributing to the success of our operations.
  • Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances effectively, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Facilitate business growth by exceeding performance expectations and meeting call quotas, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Record all calls and note useful information, enhancing knowledge sharing and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evening shifts (6:00 pm - 3:00 am).
  • Residency in the surrounding areas or nearby regions.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Supplier Relationship Officer or similar role.
  • Excellent English language skills and effective communication abilities.
