Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring that our administrative functions are executed efficiently.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in administration within a corporate environment.
  • The selected individual must possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Services: The Administrative Officer will provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
  • Maintenance and Repair: The successful candidate will ensure that office building, furniture, water, and power supply systems are maintained and repaired as needed.
  • Quality Control: The Administrative Officer will ensure that the standards of products and supplies are met, and follow up on repair/maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of administration experience within a corporate environment, preferably in a textile company.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
