
Administrative Director Position

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Director to lead our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our administrative functions and ensuring that they are executed efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in administration within a corporate environment.
- The selected individual must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: The Administrative Director will oversee the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their responsibilities.
- Policies and Procedures: The successful candidate will develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to ensure that they align with organizational objectives.
- Maintenance and Repair: The Administrative Director will ensure that office building, furniture, water, and power supply systems are maintained and repaired as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of administration experience within a corporate environment, preferably in a textile company.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
