Job Title:

Commercial Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead multi-disciplined property solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

  • Responsibilities include managing all aspects of project management (programme, budget, quality, scope, internal & external procurement & risk) for commercial property projects.
  • Develop and manage the client brief and project execution plans to suit the specific requirements of each project.
  • Oversee internal & external design teams in the development of design solutions to meet client expectations and budget.
  • Manage local government approvals process from support of consultants and contractors.
  • Administer complex contracts, proactively managing and confirming compliance of contractors/consultants to contract terms and conditions.
  • Compile tender documents, critically review tender returns, negotiate contracts, and report to clients.
  • Develop project documentation, programme, master cost plan with cost management support.
  • Deliver projects within framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at business case/client brief stage.
  • Monitor and report on contractor's progress against contract program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Architecture or Civil Background from reputed local or International University with related experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • PMP or LEED AP qualification is preferred.
