Enterprise Product Leadership Role

This strategic position oversees the development and implementation of CoreHRMS, a comprehensive human resources management system. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and align with enterprise objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product roadmaps that meet the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives, GTM leadership, and other key partners to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their pain points and requirements.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise-grade HR/ERP/Platform products.
  • Proven success in leading multi-pod orchestration and customer-led roadmaps.
  • Strong systems thinking and expertise in CoreHRMS or similar HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to executive-level stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in India Upmarket HR, GCC compliance, or US onboarding.
