Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Tele Sales Representative to connect with logistics companies across the UK. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
  • Making outbound calls to logistics companies to introduce recruitment services
  • Identifying potential clients and generating leads
  • Presenting and explaining staffing solutions to decision-makers
  • Maintaining a database of contacted companies and following up on initial conversations
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team to discuss client needs in detail
  • Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude are required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
