
Administrative Operations Coordinator

At RANAN (Private) Limited, we're seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the workshop, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, and maintaining records.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in using office software and management tools.
Experience in handling administrative and clerical tasks, knowledge of HR functions and procedures, and ability to work independently and make decisions are also highly desirable.
Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive or related industry, would be beneficial.
