Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Manager to lead our human resource management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans, managing the recruitment process, and overseeing performance appraisal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a pipeline of top talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and accountability.
  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, with a strong track record of success.
  • A people-oriented and results-driven approach, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing regulations.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
