This role requires a seasoned HR professional to drive organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals, manage employee relations, talent management, performance management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide guidance on HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop workforce plans, design organizational structures, and manage change initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of employee concerns.
- Support the performance management process, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and feedback, to drive employee growth and development.
- Coach managers on performance-related issues and identify trends to develop strategies for improvement.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations, reviewing and revising as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, providing guidance on HR-related compliance matters.
- Foster a positive work environment through HR events and initiatives promoting employee well-being, engagement, and recognition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
