Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional to oversee the evening operations of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects during evening hours.
  • Monitor online systems, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with remote team members to coordinate project updates and track progress.
  • Maintain data security and adhere to company policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Provide expert support to clients and end-users during evening hours, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
  • Develop expertise in Full Stack App and Web Development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of IT systems and software, particularly full-stack development principles and practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to convey complex ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, managing remote teams and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and practices enables effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Bonus points for experience in online/digital marketing and graphic design using Canva, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
