Invoice Contract Specialist


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Invoice Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective compliance of various queries made by producers and internal departments in line with existing contracts.


Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate terms of gas sale and purchase agreements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of natural gas transmission requirements.
  2. Participate in meetings with relevant companies and/or government authorities to discuss contract details.
  3. Coordinate with concerned departments to facilitate timely finalization of agreements.
  4. Review and verify monthly invoices to ensure accurate application of contract provisions.
  5. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of prevailing policies, rules, and regulations, including SROs, OGRA Standards, Petroleum Policy, and TPA rules.
  6. Maintain strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage contract-related matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas or public sector (downstream).
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of gas sales and purchase agreements.
  • Ability to analyze complex contractual information and negotiate effectively.
