Job Summary:
Lead Account Management TeamBespoke Digital Vertex360 seeks an experienced professional to lead our account management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Motivate a Team of Account Managers to Ensure Superior Customer Service Delivery
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans to Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Retention
- Oversee the Onboarding Process for New Clients, Ensuring a Seamless Transition and Effective Knowledge Transfer
- Collaborate with Internal Departments, Including Sales and Marketing, to Align Strategies and Drive Revenue Growth
- Establish and Maintain Relationships with Key Accounts, Serving as the Primary Point of Contact for Their Inquiries and Concerns
- Monitor Team Performance, Providing Regular Feedback and Coaching to Enhance Individual and Team Productivity
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends and Competitive Landscape to Identify New Business Opportunities
- Present Regular Reports and Provide Insights on Key Metrics to Senior Management
- Strong Leadership Abilities with Capacity to Inspire and Motivate a Team
- Proven Experience in Account Management, Preferably within the Software Industry
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Negotiation and Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Ability to Work under Pressure and Meet Tight Deadlines
