System Administrator Role

About the Job
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain information technology systems, ensuring they are secure, efficient and aligned with user needs.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT operations, including network access and backup systems.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system-related problems, implementing strategic solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes to inform future improvements.
  • Promote best practices in IT management, staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to qualitative and quantitative aspects.
  • Experience in managing information systems projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in working with office applications, ERP software and communications systems.
  • Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations to meet expected goals.
  • Good understanding of data centre management and data governance principles.
