Entry-Level Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our sales team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing shoes, providing detailed product information, handling customer inquiries, maintaining the store's appearance, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing shoes by offering expert advice and showcasing products effectively.
  • Provide detailed product information to customers through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and promoting products effectively.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales and retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to handle transactions and use POS systems confidently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
