Sales Growth and Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Results-Driven Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for lead generation, outreach campaigns, client communication, and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through B2B databases such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop and execute customized outreach strategies to maximize response rates.
  • Manage and maintain a well-structured lead pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance outreach messaging and improve sales performance.

Sales Performance and Deal Closing

You will handle client communication through calls, emails, and presentations, conduct sales pitches, negotiations, and deal finalization. Building long-term client relationships by aligning services to their needs is also crucial. A rigorous follow-up process must be maintained to maximize lead-to-client conversion.

Process and Performance Optimization

Familiarity with automation tools like N8n, Clay.com, and Perplexity AI would be an advantage. You will work with the internal team to optimize outreach workflows and explore AI-based lead scoring.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully closing B2B deals.
  • Skilled in finding and qualifying quality leads across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing and optimizing cold email campaigns.
  • Able to organize and maintain a highly effective sales funnel.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in English skills – both written and verbal.
