Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the United States, developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying key business opportunities and prioritizing sales efforts accordingly.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the US, building trust and credibility through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, using this data to inform future sales efforts and improve performance.
- Talent Development: Support the development of junior sales staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals.
