
Sales and Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving results.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base, enhances our market presence, and drives revenue growth.
- Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, providing actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, demonstrating expertise in sales process management and customer relationship building.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, leveraging negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
