We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Sales and Admin Executive. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage sales orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle deadlines effectively and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
