Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, growing the portfolio by adding more partners, and ensuring month-over-month growth of partner transactions.

The successful candidate will analyze and identify partner needs and growth opportunities, implement new value-added initiatives, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks. They will also own and execute marketing calendars agreed with key accounts, align key accounts with the company's short- and long-term strategies, and maintain high customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insights.

Responsibilities include driving client retention and satisfaction, maintaining visibility and reporting progress to management, communicating weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders, and handling additional tasks and projects as they arise.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, and strong analytical skills. You should also be process-oriented, data-driven, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and driven, ambitious, with good communication skills.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, onsite in Karachi, Pakistan. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your business development skills and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
