
Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. They will also need to analyze customer needs and preferences, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all assigned key accounts.
- Analyze and identify partner needs and growth opportunities.
- Implement new value-added initiatives and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Own and execute marketing calendars agreed with key accounts.
- Align key accounts with the company's short- and long-term strategies.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the function.
- Process-oriented and data-driven with basic analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
- Driven, ambitious, with good communication skills.
- Proactive and capable of leading independent projects.
