Job Title: E-Commerce Shopify Expert

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce expert to play a critical role in developing and managing our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) e-commerce platforms.

This position requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of e-commerce infrastructure, digital marketing, and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling major brands and implementing systems that support rapid growth.

The E-commerce Expert at our company will be responsible for optimizing the shopping experience, ensuring seamless functionality, and developing custom solutions as needed.

  1. Platform Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations.
  2. B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients.
  3. System Optimization: Develop and manage system flows, automations, and integrations to enhance platform efficiency.
  4. Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more.
  5. Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed.
  6. Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions.

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive expertise in e-commerce platforms, including end-to-end store builds and platform management.
  2. Experience working with e-commerce apps to enhance site functionality.
  3. Proficiency in email marketing and automation software.
  4. Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis.
  5. Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in web development or data science.
  2. Experience managing blended D2C and B2B e-commerce stores for high-growth brands.
