We are looking for an accomplished e-commerce professional to oversee the end-to-end management of our platforms, optimize logistics processes, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of dropshipping and 3PL operations for timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to streamline shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize costs.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels and stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and backorders.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to boost warehouse productivity through layout optimization, automation technologies, and streamlined workflows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dropshipping, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the region.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Detail-oriented focus on accuracy and quality in all work aspects.
