E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We seek a seasoned E-commerce operations expert to lead our USA-based e-commerce operations from Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role entails developing, customizing, and managing Shopify stores targeting the USA market.

This position requires a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, CRO, and customer journey optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with apps like DSers, Oberlo, Klaviyo, or similar.

  • Develop, customize, and manage Shopify stores for the USA market
  • Product research, listing optimization, and store design
  • Manage payment gateways, integrations, and automations
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads & TikTok Ads for sales growth
  • Handle order processing, inventory updates, and fulfillment
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores (preferably for USA clients)
  • Strong knowledge of product research, dropshipping, and private label models
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with apps like DSers, Oberlo, Klaviyo, or similar
  • Good understanding of e-commerce trends, CRO, and customer journey optimization
