We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive industry best practices and test methodologies, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and operate a quality management program, focusing on client satisfaction and reputation.
  2. Manage internal escalations and improvement activities, promoting a culture of excellence.
  3. Define testing methodologies and strategies for ERP & CRM systems, driving business growth.
  4. Translate business and technical requirements into detailed test plans, ensuring maximum coverage.
  5. Execute test scenarios to identify bugs and seek resolution, prioritizing quality.
  6. Track quality assurance metrics, evaluating performance and areas for improvement.
  7. Evaluate risks from testing and escalate mitigation, protecting business interests.
  8. Lead junior team members to achieve high-quality work, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements and QualificationsFormal Education and Certification:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technology, with a focus on software development.
  2. 4 years of Quality Assurance experience on web-based applications and ERP systems, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Test automation experience using Python, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  4. Performance and Load Testing experience, with a deep understanding of system optimization.
  5. Odoo knowledge is an advantage, but not required.
