Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions focused on enhancing communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills for customer service representatives and call center agents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting onboarding and refresher training programs, facilitating engaging training sessions, and utilizing data-driven insights to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

The Sales Trainer will also create professional presentations using PowerPoint and Canva, utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and performance reporting, and collaborate with supervisors and QA teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps.

  • This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, as well as 6 months to 1 year of experience in training or a similar role.
  • The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts, proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, and adaptability to create hybrid, virtual, and in-person training modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in training or a similar role
