Legal Partner Role

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic legal partner to business teams, providing practical advice and ensuring compliance to support informed decision-making.

  • Assist the legal team with corporate matters such as drafting legal documents and providing day-to-day support and advice on routine matters.
  • Provide assistance with litigation and other legal disputes.
  • Conduct corporate secretarial duties including maintaining records and coordinating board meetings.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice on legal issues affecting the company's operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and update internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • LLB qualification and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a top tier law firm or as an in-house counsel at a reputable organization.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
