We are seeking a Sales Director North Region to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Islamabad.

This role is responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development in the North Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the North Region.
  • Conducting meetings, giving presentations, negotiating with clients, and creating proposals.
  • Directly coordinating cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
  • Creating effective sales programs to increase awareness and positive perception of the organization.
  • Preparing and implementing strategic sales plans, monthly reports, and annual goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Overall 7+ years of market experience in HR, Banking, and Software Industry.
