Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage and organize task progress, ensuring team members work together to resolve issues and verify deliverables.
  • Provide regular status reports on team activities and keep supervisors informed of task accomplishment, issues, and progress.
  • Perform financial forecasting and operational metrics tracking, analyzing data to create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for leadership reviews, documenting daily tasks and experiences.

Requirements:

  • CA, ACCA, or relevant degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams of at least 10-15 members and expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
