Demand Planner — Drive smart forecasting at Mous. Turn data into direction and insights into action. Own demand forecasting, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional alignment, working with Commercial, Operations, and Production to ensure stock levels align with business needs.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, Pakistan.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of demand forecasting and the monthly S&OP process for assigned product categories, coordinating with key stakeholders across time zones.
• Maximise opportunities to use sea freight over air for assigned product categories during the S&OP forecast cycle.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to reflect planned NPD launches and trading promos in demand planning.
• Own the annual SKU rationalisation process for assigned categories.
• Work with the China operations team, providing rolling 12-month plans to support supply chain efficiencies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and availability; manage overstocks and potential out-of-stock instances in collaboration with commercial and marketplace teams.
• Lead the S&OP section in Monthly Operations meetings and own weekly reporting for assigned product categories (actual vs. demand, overstock/understock, and ordering).
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy and departmental efficiency.

Hard skills

• Proven experience in demand planning or sales forecasting, ideally with a diverse SKU portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets; ability to extract, simplify, and present insights clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and forecast new products and SKUs.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders to incorporate qualitative insights into forecasts.
• Skill in translating business goals into accurate, data-driven demand plans.
