The role of Financial Analyst Manager is a critical one, requiring a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models to support business decisions, as well as providing timely and accurate financial information to management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for the Sourcing function, ensuring that all financial goals are met.
  • Financial Planning: Create and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including forecasts and analyses.
  • Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, finance, and economics. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
