Drive business growth and expansion as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager. This strategic role requires expertise in managing complex accounts, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Originate sales opportunities and successfully close deals through approved contracting channels.
  2. Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) around specific, approved opportunities.
  3. Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide status updates to clients for incremental work sold.
  4. Collaborate with commercial directors to report on profit and loss (P&L) and Management Information Systems (MIS) for incremental sales.
  5. Develop and execute account-based and industry-specific marketing programs, including events, webcasts, email campaigns, and content syndication.
  6. Partner with internal teams to build comprehensive account plans, ensuring long-term customer influence and sales goal achievement.
  7. Identify new accounts and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage C-level relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with higher management.
  • Ability to maintain essential data recording systems and prepare regular reports.

  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of Arwen's solutions and products.
  • Structured and organized approach to work, with a motivated attitude.
  • Reliable, responsible, and driven to exceed sales plans.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a related field, managing major national accounts at the head office level.
