As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide accurate information to visitors and staff members. You will also be responsible for receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and courier shipments, as well as maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

In addition to these duties, you will provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing, and handle inquiries about the company's services and policies. A strong organizational and multitasking skillset is essential for this role, as you will be required to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications for this position include a minimum of an Intermediate education level, preferably a Graduate degree. At least one year of experience in a similar or relevant job role is also required. Skills required for this position include good communication in English & Urdu, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of office management systems.
