Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the financial management of our organization.

This is a senior position requiring minimum 8 years of working experience as Accounting/Finance Manager or Supervisor, preferred. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases, and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

  1. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  2. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to direct and supervise with Strong time management skills.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for reviewing and reporting on the operational and financial health of assigned accounts including overview of staffing, workflow, volume and other key financial metrics for presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management. Creates and executes improvement strategies.

Key responsibilities include managing responsiveness to customers and identifying areas for improvements in service, staffing and operations that will increase customer satisfaction. Perform monthly closing and full set of account and prepare financial analysis. Ensure that monthly accounts and reports are accurate and timely for submission to management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, ACCA, CA-inter preferred from a leading university.
  • Organized with exceptional admin skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and driven.
  • Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks.
