The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in budget development, financial forecasting, and cash flow management. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as leadership abilities.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets in coordination with department heads.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct regular forecasting to assess financial trends and variances.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of finance professionals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and procurement.
  • Manage cash flow by optimizing working capital, monitoring liquidity, and planning for financial needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Negotiate financial terms and agreements as needed.
  • Work with tax professionals to manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
